Stronger By Design

Our extremely strong and durable Pelican™ Cases are made with a proprietary combination of Homo and Co-Polymers, using an Open Cell Core and solid wall construction, which is stronger and lighter than a solid core wall. Stainless Steel Pins are used in our Hinges and Handles.

Customizable High Density Pick ‘N Pluck™ Foam & Convoluted Lid Foam

Your equipment will fit securely and snugly into our high density foam for total subjection and protection against impact, vibration or shock. The foam for our large cases extends as little as three levels deep or as much as six levels deep, depending on the depth of the case and is pre-cut, which allows you to customize the interior with ½-inch cubes. Trace out the item you want in the case and simply pluck the foam out by hand, no tool required. You can customize your case in less than 15 minutes. Our 0550 Case Model does not come with foam. Our 1600EMS Case Model comes with Padded Foam dividers.
